Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa

Staff were all very professional and attentive and provided great service from reception to housekeeping to food and beverages and security Rooms were clean and comfortable with good supply of body was etc each day with good air con. Breakfast each day was always interesting with a fantastic selection..no reason to go hungry All day dining menu was very good and affordable, i recommend the Sea Bass and Butter Chicken. Good location on edge of Candolim and Calungute.

I want to thank the entire team at the Hyatt for making our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Check in was easy, the room was clean and the location was perfect. We had everything on our doorstep such as, pharmacy, supermarket, transport, and the beach was just 10 mins walk. A huge thank you to the hotel staff to ensure our stay was comfortable. The restaurant staff excelled in every way to cater for our taste and they went out of their way to make a few items that were not on the menu. I really appreciated this. Shout out to Sourabh,Rahul, Raghunandan, Omkar, Akash, Abin, Vikas, Subham and Rutuja, Dev and others in the team.Also, applaud to the chef and the room cleaning team. Thank you all so much and definitely, we will be returning .

The Hotel Staff each and everyone beginning from the security,conserge,the front office help desk, the staff at the restaurant, the mangers,lobby team,room service staff, chef,where excellent,the restaurant staff were 24by 7 on the legs serving each and every customer the food according to their specifications,very cleat,neat,excellent food,super polite behavior by each and every staff at Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa, the kids area all staff who are in charge of pottery,game area,sports sir all were excellent,customer friendly and helped us always,the staff at the pool were excellent,pools were cleaned daily,all the requirements were catered to,I saw many families with small children and they were asking to make special food as per their requirements so the hotel is the best and from a kids to elderly all will.enjoy the location,vibes,the extreme hospitality of the staff,thankyou so much for everything Thankyou Sir Akash Front desk- Simu, Aishing, Food- Abir, Naresh,Shanmukh,Muskan, Cricketball- Anwesha,Dhanashree,Abey Front office Saish Vaishali Rushab Shanmukh Kais Best view from room Accommodated to our request and needs Arranged vehicles Best Hotel,Best Staff,Best Food

Breakfast spread was extraordinary. Location is the best. I would like to commend Simu for her exceptional service during our stay at the hotel. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel at home from the moment I arrived. She was attentive, professional, and always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. Whether it was assisting with special requests or offering helpful local recommendations, she handled every task with a smile and a positive attitude. Her outstanding customer service truly made my experience memorable, and I’m grateful for her dedication and hard work.
